Oppo will be launching its new K-series phones, namely the Oppo K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro, in China today. Just days before the official launch, the brand has made known some of the notable specifications of the new phones, including their processors, RAM, as well as the cooling system.
Power-Packed Performance: Latest Processors And RAM Options
Oppo K13 Turbo Pro will be powered by the formidable Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, providing the best of performance. Oppo isn’t just focusing on power — they’re also working on keeping these phones cool. Both models will feature active cooling with an in-built fan, a rare feature in smartphones. On top of that, Oppo will release a Super Cooling Kit, which includes a magnetic case that lets users attach an external fan. The kit even comes with RGB lighting, giving it a gaming accessory vibe.
Durability and Design: Colour Options and Water Resistance
The new K13 Turbo series will also come with impressive water resistance ratings — IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9 — making them more resilient in everyday use.

Display and Camera Expectations
While Oppo has not officially revealed all the display and camera specifications yet, leaks suggest that the two phones might be equipped with a 6.8-inch LTPS display offering clear 1.5K resolutions. For the cameras, we can receive a 50MP primary sensor at the back and a 16MP selfie and video call camera.
Launch Time
It will be officially launched at 2:30 PM China time (12 PM IST) on July 21. With their strong hardware, optimized thermal, and high-end features, the Oppo K13 Turbo and Turbo Pro are turning out to be formidable mid-range players.
